DIRECTIONS KMFA’s Draylen Mason Music Studio is located in East Austin near the intersection of East Cesar Chavez Street and Navasota Street. The venue is accessible from I-35, Cesar Chavez Street, and Airport Boulevard. Please allow additional travel time for midday traffic and ongoing downtown/east side construction. PARKING Free on-site and nearby street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional public parking may be available in surrounding East Austin lots and streets. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking and check-in.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING Guests traveling from outside Austin may find accommodations in the downtown Austin and East Austin areas, both located within a short drive of KMFA. Nearby hotel options range from budget-friendly lodging to full-service hotels. Guests are encouraged to book accommodations early due to seasonal demand and summer tourism.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY This event is free with RSVP. Guests may be asked to provide their registration name, or email address at check-in. Printed tickets are not required.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE Casual, family-friendly attire is encouraged. The venue is indoors and air-conditioned.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY Photography for personal use is permitted unless otherwise noted by event staff. By attending, guests acknowledge that photos and video may be captured by KMFA for promotional, archival, or educational purposes. Flash photography and disruptive recording equipment are discouraged during screenings and presentations.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES Registration opens upon public announcement of the event and remains available until capacity is reached or the event begins.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT This is a free event. No payment is required for entry.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION Walk-in attendance may be permitted if space remains available at the time of the event. Advance RSVP is strongly encouraged due to limited seating capacity.
